Planning adaptation to climate change is a complex exercise, requiring a multidisciplinary approach as well as skills in scenarios development , risk management, risk economics.

Adaptation can be costly, therefore different options with their pros and cons must be evaluated.

Also, some aspects cannot be reduced to ecomics but touch on non monetary values- such as loss of lives, cultural heritage, changes in the way of life.

We consider it our task to provide the decision makers with a full range of options, and to describe the implications of each option.
